# Third-Party Notices

Effective: 6 November 2026

GPS Map Camera is released under the MIT License (see [LICENSE](LICENSE)).
It uses the third-party components and services listed below. No third-party
source code is vendored in this repository; libraries and fonts are loaded from
public CDNs at runtime. Keep this file with the app if you redistribute it.

## Map and geocoding services

### OpenStreetMap

Standard map tiles and reverse-geocoded address data are based on
OpenStreetMap data.

- Data: © OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under the Open Database License
  (ODbL) 1.0: <https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright>
- Tile service usage policy:
  <https://operations.osmfoundation.org/policies/tiles/>
- On-map attribution used by this app: **© OpenStreetMap contributors**

### Esri World Imagery

Satellite imagery is requested from the public Esri ArcGIS World Imagery
service.

- Current service attribution: **Source: Esri, Vantor, Earthstar Geographics,
  and the GIS User Community**
- Esri terms of use: <https://www.esri.com/en-us/legal/terms/full-master-agreement>
- Service metadata:
  <https://server.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Imagery/MapServer?f=json>

Attribution text can change. If you deploy this app for production, review the
current provider terms and use an appropriate licensed tile service where
required.

### Nominatim

Reverse geocoding uses the public OpenStreetMap Nominatim service.

- Data: © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL 1.0
- Usage policy:
  <https://operations.osmfoundation.org/policies/nominatim/>
- Nominatim requests are made only when the user syncs a location. Operators of
  high-traffic deployments should use a dedicated geocoding service or a
  self-hosted instance and comply with the applicable usage policy.

### Google Maps links

The optional QR code encodes a `https://maps.google.com/` URL containing the
captured coordinates. It is only a link; the app does not load Google Maps.
Use of Google Maps is subject to Google's terms:
<https://www.google.com/help/terms_maps/>.

## Font and asset delivery

Inter and Material Symbols are served by Google Fonts. See
<https://developers.google.com/fonts/terms> and the font licenses above.
Leaflet is served by unpkg, qrcodejs by cdnjs, and the Liquid Glass renderer by
jsDelivr. Their delivery terms apply to those requests.
